Via Biasett: Between History and Nature
Biasett is located near the hamlet of Curcio, within the territory of Colico. The settlement of this area is tied to the construction, by the Spanish, of an auxiliary tower for the Fort of Fuentes, located at a place called Scalottola, just before the ancient border between the Duchy of Milan and the Grisons.
In 1911, the village suffered severe damage due to a violent flood, an event that deeply marked its history.
